People will suck up your time if you let them. They have all the time in the world to do nothing. They don’t have your goals and vision.

Why is video marketing important ?

People don’t realize how important it is to get yourself seen out in the network marketing arena.I can not stress enough the importance of getting yourself seen. I know one of the main reasons people don’t do videos is  because they are scared to do one. We all have been there trust me I have . Yes I was scared to do a video but I knew in order for anyone to know about me I had to do a video. So I did. I did that video over and over again to be honest no joke 300 times. I was just about to give up when my husband made me laugh and I was able to do it.

Now doing a video doesn’t scare me anymore. I can do it at a drop of a hat why because I just did it .Ididn’t let fear stop me.Either should you . See you have a voice that needs to be heard. Your story needs to be told. You never know who’s life you are going to touch.

So what can you do now to use video marketing to market you ?

The first thing you have to do is realize everyone was scared their first time doing a video. It’s ok to be afraid but you  can’t let that  stop you from getting yourself out there . People need to know who you are . People can’t like & trust you if they don’t know you . Don’t you think so.

Look around you and see all the people who are successful in business do videos so should you . So go get an inexpensive camera or webcam. Practice is ok but to be honest don’t make it perfect. Remember people need to see the real you.People want to work with real people.

So before you say I can’t … say I will . I will use video marketing to market me. Repeat it over again until you do it . Then smile because you did it .I believe in you now  it’s time for you to believe in yourself.

Start today and get that video out there. You have no more excuses to stop you from video marketing you .

What is a Real Network Marketer ?

First of all let me start with what is a real  network marketer. Many people are mistaken with what a network marketer is and does. A network marketer is a person who is suppose to network with people and see how they can help others with their products and services.They add value to the lives of the  people they meet and don’t pitch them at every turn. They build ever lasting relationships.

Unfortunately, what I have been finding is, and mind you I have been to several Skype chats , private chats Facebook groups really   anywhere I could test this for  myself that people do not know the true art of networking . If you market by just putting out your link everywhere then you are doing it all wrong. I am not saying it is your fault , it’s just you haven’t been taught the right way of network marketing . Seriously, do you think people are looking at your links ? I’m afraid not . So you are really wasting your time .

I even tested went as far as testing to  “so call network ” like everyone else that I have seen  and you know what happened ? I had people asking me if I was ok . People who really knew me, my real friends thought there was something wrong because I don’t act that way. I even had people unfriend me  on Facebook. Which was ok because I had to clean out my Facebook anyway… just kidding.

You know what I found funny was that some of theses same people who unfriended me were the same one’s who use the “so called network marketing approach ” I mentioned earlier. Funny isn’t it how they can do it to you but  you can’t do it to them before they become offended and blow you off.

Why be a Network Marketer ?

This leads to my next question. Why be a network marketer in the first place ? Well I can answer that .When you truly network market the way it was suppose to be it can be very rewarding for you . It can enriches your life in so many ways . Now I am not talking about “THE MONEY ” but yes if you do it right you will get paid well.

The bigger picture here is how you can enrich other’s lives and to me that is priceless. There are so many people out there who need our help and look at network marketing as a hope to get out of where they are at in the bad situations we once were or are struggling to get out of but the people who network market the wrong way make that journey so much harder .

Why ? Because we are the true professionals in this amazing industry are looked upon as we are in it just for the money . That we really don”t care about others . I personally don’t want people to think of my profession of which I am proud of that way and so should you .

Guidelines to Being a Professional Network Marketer

There are a few guidelines for you to become a Professional Network Marketer.

• When you are talking to people build relationships don’t pitch them on sight.
• Ask people how you can help them with their struggles.
• If you know of an easier way to do something share it with your team and even people who are not on your team.
• Remember our profession is just that a profession . This is a business treat it as such .
• Respect other people’s businesses . Even if you don’t agree.
• Respect each other’s time.

Why Attitude is Everything ?

Let me ask you a question. Seriously. If you were going to a business and you were a customer and there was a person working there with a I Don’t Want to be Here Attitude or Why are YOU bothering me NOW attitude would you do business with them ? Of course not . Then think about how you speak to your customers or your employees .Do you make them feel welcomed or do you make them feel they should get as far away from you as possible.

If you find yourself with a not so “winning attitude” then you really need to evaluate this in your business because you represent your company. It is “YOU.INC.” Your attitude can make you or break you and your business .

Attitude is everything when it comes to all aspect in your life. Think about it. It affects every relationship.The attitude you have a work comes home too. Don’t think it doesn’t.

No one wants to work for or with a person with a piss poor attitude. No one wants to work with a woe is me attitude or whinner. People want to be around winners not whinners .They want to be around people who will uplift them not drag them down. So do the people at home.They don’t want to dread you coming home.

How your Attitude is Everything for your business

Your attitude has a great impact on how your business survives. A business is really a relationship between a business owner and a customer. Sometimes it turns into true friendships. The relationship must be sincere to say the least. People can tell if you are being sincere or not .Trust me don’t fake a positive attitude . It won’t work.

Your attitude is everything to you in all that you do. I know it is hard to be positive all the time. I was a nurse for 28 years and can tell you first hand not everyday was rosey. You need to take time for yourself when” those bad days” come  and rethink how you are coming across to others. Remember nothing last forever. Never let a customer see you lose your cool. You need to show professionalism at all times. They are looking to you as a professional so you must act the part.

Your Attitude is Everything for You to Succeed

A winning attitude can make all the difference. People want to be treated with respect and dignity. They want to be treated like they are special,which in reality they are.

They are the lifeline to your business .They are the ones who helped you get to where you are . The importance of a positive attitude goes really far. So the next time you are not  feeling like a winner step back for a moment , look in the mirror and say , Yes I CAN get pass this. I Can DO IT ! I am a winner . I know that my attitude is everything !

Why Start Today and Take Action ?

I have been asked many of times what’s the difference between starting today then on Monday of the next week ? Well my answer to that is will you still be as passionate about getting your task , goals or whatever you want done today on that  Monday ? Seriously, ask yourself that question . Are you going to be this passionate as you are right now to start today and take action as you would be on Monday ? The answer is probably not . So why wait .Start today and take action.

“If not now then when” as Eckhart Tolle said it best. If you really want to get something  done you need to start today and take action. There is no getting around it. I am sorry to tell you , but it is true. You can plan it all you want even dream about it but it won’t come to be it you don’t start today and take action.

How to Start Today and Take Action ?

Now the next question is how do you get started ? Well, I personally make a To-Do List. I have two  very good friends who I tease and call it their  Honey Do List. Honey do this … Honey do that . Sorry guys I had to add that in.Anyway the best way to start today and take action is plan ahead.Make a list of everything you are going to need for your project.I mean everything. The worse thing to happen is you don’t have everything you need to get started.

A project stands a better chance of getting completed if it is planned out. Just don’t get paralysis analysis . What I mean is don’t sit there just thinking about it. You really need to go start today and take action.

If you really don’t know where to start do some research in what you are trying to do or better yet ask your mentors , advisors or friends. Just don’t do nothing . Asking questions to the right people  can make the project or task easier .

If you do your homework you will find the answers needed to get your job , project or goal done. It is in your hands now .It is really up to you and your burning desire to get started.

What is your plan to Start today and Take Action ?

If you are really serious about accomplishing whatever it is you want to do then you need to start today and take action and do it now. Right now. As soon as you finish reading this blog. No excuses . No I can’t s allowed.The Take Action Life Coach does not accept any no, can’t or any other lame excuses. Forget it . If you want it bad enough you will just do it and do it NOW !

So before you get started I want you to really think is this what I really want to do ? Are you going to give it you all or are you going to just start and not finish it ? Or are you going to say hey this is what I am going to do and no one is going to stop me . The choice is yours but it will never come to be if you do not start today and take action.

Why don’t people take action ?

I don’t understand why people don’t take action. I mean I hear so many excuses as to why people can’t change their  circumstances. It just amazes me.

One minute they tell me I can’t stand my life, my boss, my situation and the very next breath I hear the excuse on how they can’t change anything. Really are you serious. Who are you kidding folks you sure can’t fool  me …lol.Who the Take Action Life Coach .Really ?

I hear things like I want to make more money then I’ll say ok what is you plan to make more money ?Well I don’t know umm maybe  work more hours? or get another job or start a business . Oh I don’t know is the most common answer I get.

My favorite is when  I get the blank stare and the shoulder shrug and they go back to complaining and I bid them a good day. I really don’t mind helping people but please don’t waste my time or yours.

Then when  I finally speak to  have people who decide to start a home based business and don’t do anything with it. I ask them what are your plans and they are not sure. Well I can deal with not sure if they are willing to learn . If they are willing to take instruction and listen to people who have been there and know what there are doing by all means.Alright  lets go.

What does it take to take action?

Take Action It’s Your Life

So what does it really take to have a person take action ? Well many reasons but usually it is either  they are fed up with their situation or they are forced to make changes.

They have no job they are going through a divorce or something drastic or life changing event.Isn’t it better you having the control of your destiny before it’s too late and someone else makes those choices for you ? Don’t you want the final say so as to what happens to you ? Don’t you want to be in control ?

In this world  it’s survival of the fittest. Either you make your world or others do it for you . You need to create your journey .Think for a moment what is your life’s journey ?

So what are you waiting for . New beginnings are waiting for you.Call your own shots . Do it now. What are you waiting for.

The only thing left is to decide to take action.If not now then when. If not by you then by who. Listen it’s your life that’s true but like we just said it is your life you have the chance to make choices right now. Choose them wisely . Most of all just “Take Action.”

How Diana Kerekes became the Take Action Life Coach

I would like to share with you the reason why this “Burnt Out Nurse”  decided to become “The Take Action Life Coach”. I knew in all my years of nursing that nothing was going to change until I  stepped up and took action to be The Take Action Life Coach. Nursing wasn’t the same for me .

See, I was fortunate that in my life at the age of 40 , I caught a glimpse of my future and it looked pretty bleak . Picture this , an RN who was in  her 80′s still working because she needed to make ends meet. She had NO choice but to continue working . A women who should have been able to retire at least 15 years before  and enjoy life but couldn’t . When I saw that , I realized I didn’t want that for my future .To tell you the truth it saddened and scared me at the same time. I knew I needed to plan for my future right then and there and not WAIT  !

See, I wanted more out of life . I wanted to make a  difference in the world. Not on Corporate America’s terms, but on mine. I wanted to help people . Thanks to Corporate America they treat health care as a business and forget we are dealing with people’s lives  .

I just got fed up doing nursing on  paper instead of hands on nursing .  I decided to look for an alternative. But what alternative  ? What can a burnt out nurse at the time who had 23 years of experience do ? I knew nothing else but nursing  . I went to nursing school straight out of high school .  To the internet I went looking for another answer  but  instead found a  home based  business in which  I became an internet marketer.It was a whole new world for me . A new learning experience .

I like many marketers tired of Corporate America  found when I first started out I was  promised that all you have to do is put up a website and people will come to you in droves. Well as you know that is so far from the truth. See , marketers struggle on line losing money, hope and eventually  just giving up. I saw so many good people hurting. Just like in nursing I saw the same frustration in the marketers as I saw in the “burnt out  nurses“ . Nurses who were not  able to give the quality of care they felt the patients needed and deserved.I knew I needed to do something to help the marketers but what ?

As time went on ,I became more seasoned on the internet and then I found my passion being a life coach . I completed my course and became a Certified Professional Life Coach. Now the journey began and  the “Take Action Life Coach” was born .My husband came up with name “Take Action Life Coach” because he says whenever I don’t like something I just  can’t stand by and do nothing  , I always need to take action.
